The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the early morning attendant, who was immediately available to assist. I booked for the following day, but the dates were incorrect, and it could be changed at no additional cost. Likewise, there was no additional charge for breakfast for children. Thank you very much, I'm very satisfied.

It was a nice and comfortable 6 days stay, convenient location, clean, good water pressure, beautiful view from the restaurant. Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming specially a couple young gentlemen from the sky harvest restaurant who went above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our breakfast. Wow, this is a top hotel. I wanted to give it 5 stars for a fairly affordable price, but there was one problem, actually, the window couldn't be closed, and when it was closed, it couldn't be closed properly, so the wind kept coming into the room. And when the AC was on, it wasn't very cold. Well, my recommendation is to have the window repaired. It's already good. Anyway, thank you. Next time I go to Wonosobo, I'll use this hotel again because I was so comfortable. And this is an extension until Thursday. Unfortunately, the holiday wasn't long so I couldn't stay at this hotel for long. Thank you to all the staff, every service manpower there. Great, well, great thanks from me.

The room was extremely noisy at night. There was a live band right above our room, on the hotel rooftop. The noise was so distracting that I even felt the walls vibrating.
