The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the early morning attendant, who was immediately available to assist. I booked for the following day, but the dates were incorrect, and it could be changed at no additional cost. Likewise, there was no additional charge for breakfast for children. I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and truly non-smoking. The bathroom and towels were spotless. The shower had excellent pressure. Hot water was always available. Tambi tea and candied carica were provided in the room. The restaurant on the top floor is a favorite hangout. There's a wide selection of food, and if you're lucky, you can even get a mountain view. The hotel's surroundings are also pleasant. Near the market, there are plenty of shopping options. On the street behind the hotel, there's a 24-hour Warindo (a small restaurant) with power outlets for those who need to use their laptops. There's also a coffee shop open from 7 a.m.

you can expect a clean bed & bathroom. quite accessible to square center too. perfect place if you want to travel surrounding Wonosobo. as for the food, quite so so, I prefer street food near the square cuz it has more taste.

My stay here was average, nothing special or particularly memorable. Since this is a standard hotel, I didn't have high expectations. The price is quite high, but the hotel's amenities are minimal.

Pros - Friendly hotel staff - Very clean rooms and hotel - Very comfortable rooms - Complete facilities - Lots of food vendors around the hotel - The view from the breakfast area is very beautiful Cons - It was during the holiday season, so when we arrived, the towels hadn't been laundered yet - The windows faced too high, making it difficult to see the view - Many TV channels had a bad picture - Poor Wi-Fi - Limited car and motorcycle parking
