Never disappointed when staying here. Absolutely the best.

I've been to Solo many times, but this was my first time staying at Zigna. It was very impressive. I'll definitely be back. The staff is friendly, and there's a playground in the lobby and a restaurant. The room and bathroom were very clean. Some areas that could be improved are the soundproofing and the Wi-Fi, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory. Thank you, Zigna Hotel Laweyan.

All the hotel staff are very friendly, the lobby and restaurant area has a mini playground. Every corner of the room is aesthetic and instagrammable, the smell is fragrant but still not too fragrant, very comfortable to the nose. Thank you to all the hotel staff 🫶. And the breakfast menu is very varied and the refill is fast 🫶. By the way, yesterday I stayed in a zigna room type for 2 adults and a 15-month-old toddler, it was very comfortable and spacious.

My first staycation in Solo, and I fell in love with this hotel. The service was friendly. I stayed in a very comfortable Zigna room yesterday, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. And there's one more thing I hope the Signa Kampung Batik management reads. There was a receptionist, whose name I don't know, who was very friendly and welcoming. I don't know her name. She was very friendly and invited my daughter Nabila to play. I hope she gets an award for being the best employee.

The best hotel I've ever visited after almost 11 years of going back and forth to Solo. Sad, why did I only find it now, sob. The staff are very friendly, the security guard is the best.. always helps direct our car parking. The room is comfortable, there is a big sofa for the kids to sleep😂, there is a soft carpet, comfortable for my baby who likes to crawl, heheee.. Complete facilities, the bathroom amenities provided are not just any old thing.. super elegant. And most importantly, it's very clean❤️

A hotel located in the batik area of Solo, surrounded by many shops and batik artisans. Enjoy Solo with its batik. It has an infinity pool on the top floor and also a relaxing area on the rooftop with a view of Solo city, very nice. Very kid-friendly because there are many children's activities provided on the top floor, so children don't get bored and can learn new things there, cool. The staff is also friendly, good job Zigna Kampung Batik.

Perfect. This was my first time and I'll be back the next time I go to Solo.

This was my umpteenth time staying at Zigna Batik, and this time my colleague and I were quite disappointed. From the moment we arrived, we couldn't park our car because it was full, as there were many concurrent events going on that day. Then, at night, we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the 10th floor, where there was an event, and it seemed like they were playing karaoke. So we went down to the lobby, trying to find some quiet, and it turned out there were a lot of people there, and there was even an event in the building next door (Canting Londo). Finally, we returned to our room, and by 10:15, the karaoke and the closing chants from the 10th floor were still clearly audible. It didn't stop there. In the morning, we had breakfast at 7:30, and the restaurant was so packed we couldn't even get a seat. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, so we ended up waiting outside. By 8:00, when we returned, the crowds had subsided, but the food was messy and much of it was cold. We were feeling unwell, and we decided to eat outside. My suggestion: If there's a concurrent event, perhaps the meal packages, etc., could be served in the room or in front of the event area, as we weren't the only ones feeling uncomfortable. Some of the foreign guests who arrived with us ended up waiting for the group to finish. Next time, I should definitely check with the hotel to see if there's an event going on, as this was incredibly uncomfortable. We even decided not to go swimming or to the gym and checked out early, around 8:30 a.m., instead of our original 11:00 a.m. check-out time.

Check-in was on time.. in fact, we were able to enter before 2 o'clock because the room was already available.. the breakfast menu was also very complete and delicious.. I have already booked again for today.

Comfortable hotel, super friendly and good service, clean and fragrant room, and when I stayed, my request was well prepared and I got a surprise.

Best amenities. Every day is new, but please provide red meat options because for my mother who doesn't consume carbs and dislikes fish or chicken, the food choices are very limited. However, for all the service, I really like it. It's very helpful for a family trip, carrying many suitcases to the hotel room easily.

The location and food are recommended.
