The receptionist was very friendly and responsive. I found the room spacious and clean with complete amenities. The bathroom was also great, with hot water working well. When I entered the hotel lobby, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and the smell of the lobby. I was in room 3022, when I entered the hotel room, it was fine at first because at that time I just put my things down and then left the hotel. When I returned to the hotel, I was unexpectedly greeted by 4 cockroaches, 3 small ones and 1 fairly large one. Because I have a phobia of cockroaches, I could only cry and tremble all over. My husband managed to kill 3 small cockroaches and 1 large one got through the gap in the bathroom door. I thought there were only 4, but it turned out there were several that came out from under the carpet and under the display table. Because my husband saw that I was weak, he finally called the receptionist and not long after an officer came with Baygon, but it turned out it only contained a small amount. Maybe for people it was only small and medium sized cockroaches, but in my opinion it was about room cleanliness. There should be regular insect inspections in rooms, especially those with carpets. 😔 Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms 🤦‍♀️

What I loved most about staying here was the children's play facilities in key areas like the lobby, restaurant, and pool area. My kids loved staying and playing at this hotel. Highly recommended for kids aged 2-6! Thank you, Zigna!

Because it's located in Laweyan Village, it's perfect for strolling around. Behind the hotel is that famous meatball shop, and finding food is easy. The swimming pool, while not very large, is quite comfortable. Plus, the hotel has a rooftop with a beautiful view of Solo. Thank you.

This antique-designed hotel, located near a batik village, was unfortunately disturbed by the loud and disturbing sounds of dangdut music at night. At first, I was confused when the hotel provided earplugs, but only realized their purpose before bed. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep with the disturbing noise.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service was excellent, and the rooms were kept clean. The hallway on the 9th floor smelled very fragrant and made me feel at home. My room on the 8th floor wasn't as comfortable as the 9th floor, but the staff still provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to family and colleagues and will definitely stay here again in the future.
