The service is very good, all the staff from the lobby to the housekeeping are all good service, the only input is that the breakfast menu runs out very quickly, the menu is a bit monotonous, lacks variety and is not very tasty in my opinion.

Thank you Zigna Kampung Batik Solo. An amazing experience staying here on my first vacation to Solo. The first impression when entering the lobby is truly kids & family friendly because there is a mini playground for children while waiting for the check-in and check-out process, welcome drinks + snacks are provided during check-in and at night there are wet snacks and wedang roti in the lobby, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean and fragrant, plus the service of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, fragrant, cold AC, complete Amidis + there is a refill of drinking water, warm water is okay. Breakfast is delicious and varied and there is a mini playground, the swimming pool is comfortable and clean, the gym is also okay and don't forget the ice cream at the cafe after the entrance it tastes really good. I've stayed at Zigna several times, but just yesterday, March 22, 2026, the food was all bland. Many of the items were empty, and the food refill service was very slow. I hope the chef and team can be more consistent. It's a shame to pay so much during peak season and not be satisfied, especially if you're bringing your family and booking three rooms.

The main lobby is confusing because it's at the back, facing the village, but the entrance is from Dr. Rajiman. So, when ordering an online taxi, the driver and passenger don't agree on which lobby to meet. The shower water is slippery, and the bathroom doesn't have enough space to hang towels, so they're forced to hang them in the closet after use.
