The room given is not suitable. Moved to a room with poor facilities. The bathroom is outside. Asked to increase the room charge when it came. Dirty towels. Narrow room. Waiters are not friendly.

Hotel staff is not professional. The price does not match the application asking for an additional fee.

The room is very dirty. There are lots of cockroaches on the walls, long worms in the toilet, and centipedes on the floor.

I was given a room that did not match what I ordered and paid for. The room type given is the cheapest room (outdoor bathroom and narrow bed). Meanwhile I booked a room above that type. And the service from the officers is also not good.

The mattress is hard, itchy, smelly, the pillow smells. There is no TV remote.

the property is okay considering the price. However, the price purchased in Traveloka is below their actual price (in my case, Traveloka Rp 93k, the actual price was Rp 120k). So I needed to pay additional Rp 30k without any prior information. The Hotel suggest I should address the complaint to Traveloka instead of they do so.
