Nothing with the hotel but very bad experience ever because of false information from Traveloka. It mentioned 25sqm but apparently it was 9 sqm on the app. The response was really bad from the customer service, it took one month to get its done. The traveloka was really directing and was not able guarantee the customer right and protection. They are too capitalist. Too much "maaf" but slow response and very bad alternative / solution. Gonna be careful with the information provided by traveloka. I am losing my trust with traveloka. I dont feel comfortable.

I love everything about my stay in this hotel! From the perfect location, comfort and spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, all are excellent! You should definitely consider staying here for your Copenhagen trip!
