Spacious rooms, well finished - not great sound proofing from windows but wasn’t that noisy. Lobby and communal areas nicely finished- bar not manned in afternoon/early evening but staff would help if you needed anything

Booked through Expedia an executive single room. Asked for a quiet room. Didn’t get an executive single with an espresso machine that I paid for. When asked the hotel why, they said they had sold out. So no espresso coffee machine in the room which was why I booked this hotel. First room had a very strong sewage smell and when the toilet lid was lifted made me gag. It was right next to the lift so not quiet and I asked to move The second room was in an even poorer state! I got stuck in the bathroom as the door wouldnt open once closed. What I didn’t realise was that it was at the back of the hotel above a very noisy restaurant that had a party so I got 0 sleep. Following the party there were glass bottles being emptied in bins and the next night the bins were dragged over the parking area from about 4 in the morning. I was utterly exhausted!! Two nights of no sleep. Made worse by no coffee machine. The hotels answer was to give me one complimentary coffee!

Nice central hotel but booked a Deluxe Single in order to get a coffee machine , to be told on arrival that although it had been confirmed they had re sold room, so i had a standard single , No coffee machine. Sounds silly but this hotel was booked as i rely on coffee ,so very disappointed indeed.

Initial issue with room temp was fixed after the first night. Room was clean and reasonable size. Reception area was nice - good for relaxing in the evening. Friendly staff. Great location for getting around CPH

Amazing hotel in a great location near the Radhuspladsen. Stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with a private balcony - Highly recommended. Fantastic service all around. Special appreciation to Laura, the bartender at Cafe Josephine, who handled drink requests with patience, grace, expertise, and a great sense of humor all evening. Outstanding hotel experience
