滞在２日目に部屋の掃除をお願いしたのですが、午後1時に部屋に戻ったら、ドアが開けてあり、まだ掃除が終わっていなくて、スタッフも周辺にいなくて、少し不愉快でした。３日目の朝、掃除をお願いする札を掛けて出掛けたのですが、掃除はしてありましたが、ゴミが捨てて無くてがっかりしました。

外の景色もよく、立地も最高で素敵な時間を過ごせました！

まずまず　建物が古いのは味があって良いが、シャワーしかなくてアメニティが全く無かったのは残念

4泊しました。またコペンハーゲンに来る機会があったら、またここに泊まりたいと思うホテルです。 ロケーションは最高で、駅にもストロイエにも、バーにも、irumaにもすぐでした。4つ星のアスコットホテルと同じ建物で、エントランスが一緒です。ま、部屋やらシーツやらは違うんでしょうが、客層は安心できます。巨大ホテルと違うので、顔が見える感じで安心です。当然と思ってしまいますが、冷蔵庫完備はコペンハーゲンでは珍しいようです。エアコンも自分で温度調整でき、オフにすることもできます。カーテンは厚いので、明るい夜も朝も、関係なく眠れます。タオルは最高に柔らかくて厚かったです。ご飯は食べてません。目の前に野外ライブハウスがあって賑やかですが、治安が悪い感じはしません。アメニティは常備はされてませんが、言えばもらえるシステムのようです。 私的には、部屋の広さもなにもかも、文句なしでした！

Meget flot og hyggeligt hotel. Ville gerne overnatte der igen. Alt var rigtig godt, dog var sengen for hård til at sove i.

As a solo traveller paying almost £600 for 3 nights this is not value for money. It was like staying in a prison the room was tiny, bed was small. Sun light was coming through the bottom of the curtains as they are so short waking you up every morning- can’t escape this as the bed is pushed next to the window. There is no house keeping unless requested before 9am. It should be a given not a request when paying over the odds. Requested my room to be cleaned at 8:30am on Sunday to my dismay no one had cleaned my room when I returned in the evening. There is only breakfast available at the hotel no other meal options. The only perk as vip member is a free drink no upgrade of room. There is a rock dj blasting music with outdoor drinking every day until late(11pm) right opposite the hotel there is building work all along the street, you will have to walk through scaffolding to get to the hotel. The rooms were freezing! Constant aircon blasting when it’s 10-14 degrees outside. The lobby is almost non existent leading to over crowding and no where to sit, Lift takes ages especially in the mornings you’ll be waiting 5 mins to get into the lift. More like a 3 star hotel not sure why it’s been given 4 stars, it’s dated to say the least. Especially as a solo traveller do not book unless you want to stay in a prison like room.

Hotel très bien situé, calme, confortable et petit déjeuner copieux et très varié.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Otherwise this hotel is very nice, but opposite open night club was not nice for us. Wed and Thu there was live music until 10pm and on Fri we were listening for techno music until 3am (Sat morning).

Super nice room. Clean and updated. Location is five minute walk to Radhuseplasen

Excellent stay in every way possible. We were upgraded to a better room with a furnished terrace. Large, very clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, comfortable king size bed, eco friendly and very good quality toiletries. Breakfast was super, large variety of items, cold and hot, very good coffee and teas. Excellent service, friendly and professional, gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Truly an amazing place to stay when in Copenhagen, highly recommend not only for quality of service and amenities but for location as well, right in the center of everything, 7 min walking to central station from where there are trains and/or metros every 10 min to and from the airport.

Great location and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Fint centralt hotell! Dock tråkig frukost.

Hotel is in a great location, within walking distances of many sites. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many options. Hotel was clean and modern. Only issue was room service did not change sheets.

The hotel is in an ok position for sightseeing but has building work next door. The rooms are small but comfortable. However there is an outside music venue and bar opposite which is allowed to play music between 3pm and 9pm and it is SO LOUD you could not sit on the balcony we had and could clearly hear it in our room so we could not rest. The hotel said there was nothing they could do and could not move us to another room as they were full. They also refused to give a refund on the premium amount paid for the balcony we could not use. There should be a WARNING on your website page about the music.
