I love everything about my stay in this hotel! From the perfect location, comfort and spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, all are excellent! You should definitely consider staying here for your Copenhagen trip!

I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem.
The room was pretty spacious. It wasn’t super modern—definitely had some signs of age—but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom, looked like it had been recently renovated though.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Copenhagen for work or just a vacation.

I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. It's called WIDE hotel but not wide at all, especially the bathroom. The sink was poorly designed with faucet extended to the center, so I kept hitting it or the water kept splashing out when I tried to brush my teeth or wash my face.
Water not too strong for the shower head, rain shower ok.
The only two good things are the front desk are friendly and the hair blow dryer have stronger air flow.

Initial issue with room temp was fixed after the first night. Room was clean and reasonable size. Reception area was nice - good for relaxing in the evening. Friendly staff.

Amazing hotel in a great location near the Radhuspladsen. Stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with a private balcony - Highly recommended. Fantastic service all around. Special appreciation to Laura, the bartender at Cafe Josephine, who handled drink requests with patience, grace, expertise, and a great sense of humor all evening. Outstanding hotel experience
