I love everything about my stay in this hotel! From the perfect location, comfort and spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, all are excellent! You should definitely consider staying here for your Copenhagen trip!

Penthouse room was nice, although positioned on the 6th floor below the building’s main air conditioning and extraction which was a little noisy. Breakfast was decent and fresh. The Josephine’s Bar was closed for refurbishment which was a shame. No room service on site.

I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem.
The room was pretty spacious. It wasn’t super modern—definitely had some signs of age—but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom, looked like it had been recently renovated though.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Copenhagen for work or just a vacation.

It's called WIDE hotel but not wide at all, especially the bathroom. The sink was poorly designed with faucet extended to the center, so I kept hitting it or the water kept splashing out when I tried to brush my teeth or wash my face.
Water not too strong for the shower head, rain shower ok.
The only two good things are the front desk are friendly and the hair blow dryer have stronger air flow.
