The staff were friendly and kind.
The only problem was the room was dirty. The bed sheets and pillows weren't cleaned, and they were yellow. Even the towels were the same color. The three rooms were all the same.
Even the three rooms I booked, my parents' room, were full of cockroaches, from small to large, as if they had never been cleaned. It was dirty and filthy. No matter how many stars it was, it shouldn't be like that.
And there was no remote control to adjust the AC temperature.

This hotel is only suitable as a transit hotel for budget people because it is located near St Sby Ps Turi. The bedsheets have stains and the toilet is also not as clean as my house :( don't expect too much. But as long as there are no insects, I can still sleep. My advice for travelers who come here, try using a travel bed cover to avoid itching.

The hotel room was dirty, all the linens were stained with yellow stains. I've asked for a room change, but it's still the same, but I can't get a room change. Check-in couldn't be expedited even by a few minutes, and the staff weren't very friendly either.

Every year I always stay at this hotel when I go to Surabaya. Besides the fact that it is very close to PGS, the hotel is also comfortable and clean.

Beyond expectations.
The room was dirty, with dirty beds, blankets, pillows, and toilet. The hotel had no refrigerator or freezer, and there wasn't even a staff member in the kitchen.
It was very uncomfortable and not recommended. I was also bothered by the catcalling people around the hotel. It was disgusting.

The hotel is strategically located near the Pasar Turi wholesale market. The room is comfortable, the AC is cool, and there's a TV. The service is friendly, and we were allowed to check in early yesterday. I tried the fried rice at the restaurant; it's cheap and delicious. For 25k you get fried rice and a drink.
