Bersih, luas, tidak pengap meskipun jendela tidak dibuka. Pencahayaan juga bagus, kaca luas berasa lega. Handuk dapat 2, bersih dan di-packing plastik rapi. Terlihat ter-manage dengan baik kebersihannya. Dekat dengan stasiun, jalan kaki santai saja hanya 12 menit. Restoran banyak tempat duduk, tapi makanan tersedia hanya jenis mie cup, tetapi sudah termasuk minum dengan harga terjangkau. Kalau perlu bisa keluar, dekat situ banyak warung, ada nasi bungkus. Shower air panas mantap. Ada playground juga. Pelayanan ok. Mau datang ke sini lagi. Harga terjangkau dan worth it. Recommended banget.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the chat service was excellent, responding promptly and informative. The room was in good condition, with a few yellow stains on the blanket, but overall, it was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to the station. The strategic location makes it convenient. I had a very good experience and highly recommended.

The staff is nice, the service is as usual, only the cleanliness is lacking, the floor is sticky and leaves marks on the feet, the mattress for sleeping is dull, the sheets are dirty and have lots of dirt spots, the bathroom smells even though it has just arrived and has not been used. The spacious room is suitable for those with children, the AC is cold but the temperature cannot be changed because it is already one remote with the lights.

The room is spacious, but unfortunately, the cleanliness is lacking. The room I stayed in yesterday had stained sheets, and cobwebs in the corners, as if the room hadn't been occupied for a long time. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved.

There were cockroaches in the room. Asking for a room change was the same thing: cockroaches, too, and this was witnessed by the hotel staff. The sheets and blanket were stained, including some red spots. I was very surprised, there was no apology at all from the hotel. There was no refund either. I immediately checked out.

I like it because it's close to the harbor and quite close to Tunjungan. The room is large and spacious, the AC is very cold, and the hot water for a good shower is good. The facilities are okay, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, but when I complained, the staff immediately moved quickly to clean and replace everything. I like it, I will come back here again 😇

There are some places that are not very clean, such as the bathroom smells, the toilet is not clean, the sheets are yellow, I suggest putting mothballs in the bathroom if it can't be cleaned properly.
