My first stay was amazing, both in terms of ambiance and location, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was also incredibly friendly (special thanks to Mas Wawan and the restaurant team at the sky lounge). The view from the sky lounge was stunning. Parking was a bit tricky, but otherwise, it was amazing.

The old AC hadn't been replaced and was making noise. The room faced the sun. They should have paid more attention to the comfort of the room. It was incredibly hot. Even the hallway was hot. Checking in took only 20 minutes and then checking out immediately. Uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights due to my child's college enrollment. Check-in was only possible at 2:00 PM, but towels were only provided at 4:00 PM. I was frustrated just by the towel issue. The room was full of stains, and the sheets weren't changed until I remembered the stains from the previous one, even though I was told to change the sheets, blanket, and pillowcases every day. I stayed for 3 nights. Please improve the cleanliness and service. Breakfast tasted standard...
