I requested to be given the correct room type, since the studio room was clearly cheaper than what I had paid for. While washing dishes, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the sink. After calling the staff, I was informed that since my room was located at the corner, the drainage system sometimes produces a smell similar to garbage. Honestly, my first impression was disappointing and a bit frustrating. However, I truly appreciate the staff here—they were very friendly and extremely helpful. In the end, I was quite satisfied with the room overall. Everything was good, but the cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved. The kitchen equipment was complete, the view was nice, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. For app, I would suggest ensuring that the room details shown in the system match the actual booking. I’m not sure whether this was due to pricing or a system error, but I did not use any coupon at checkout. It’s important to avoid this kind of mismatch, as it can be misleading for customers.
