The room is clean, located right in the center of Hanoi. The staff is lovely, friendly, and helped me check in early to rest. Thank you so much 3T, this is the second time I've stayed here so I'm very satisfied!

Very clean, in a great location with access to tourist areas and most important ,very friendly and respectful staff. Has a complete breakfast. Mr.pham puc thanh in reception helped me alot like as friend

Good hotel service but poor soundproofing

The AC was broken and was replaced with a fan. Really disappointing… the room was cramped.

Near the center. 20-30 minutes walk depending on the place. TV has youtube and fpt play. I can watch in my room because I don't like to use my phone. Will book again if I come to Hanoi.
