This hotel is a gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The room is a bit small, but everything else is exactly as pictured, new, clean, basic, and perfectly suitable for a middle-class person. The only downside is the FPT TV, which often has app issues; it crashes after watching YouTube for a short while. The location is convenient, right on the pedestrian street. I will definitely return.

My wife and I wanted to try a different hotel for a change of scenery. Since I'm from Hanoi, I didn't know any good hotels, so I randomly chose the 3T Hotel because it had a discount and included breakfast. What impressed me most upon entering the hotel was the cozy atmosphere and the welcoming staff. The room wasn't very soundproof, but the interior space was enough to make me feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service, and there were a few dishes I liked. Eating breakfast on the balcony felt more relaxing. Thank you to the hotel for giving my wife and me a memorable weekend.
