But it turns out the hotel is that proper. Nice, clean rooms, fragrant towels. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in the area. And I think Azana is the best. The breakfast is also the best compared to the previous hotel I've been to (even though the previous hotel's room rate was more expensive).. Overall Azana is really good. Hopefully it can maintain it. Next time I go there again, God willing, I'll stay at Azana again.

An honest review. Overall, it's okay. The location is very strategic. However, during check-in, the receptionist didn't explain the available facilities, be it the swimming pool, gym, or anything else there. So, in the morning, we took the initiative to ask the receptionist what facilities were available and what time they were open until what time. The room was comfortable, the AC was cold, spacious, the TV was squeaky, and the cleanliness of the room should be improved, because there were still strands of hair and dirt in the corners. At night, I wanted to order food, but the restaurant extension call wasn't answered. I was forced to buy food outside the hotel. At breakfast, I was greeted warmly by the staff. At breakfast, the menu was complete and tasted good, but (-) the rice was hard. The concierge was very friendly, and the security was also friendly. I checked in and didn't get a towel and a mat.. I called them and they sent it, and it took a long time.. I had to call several times, my parents got angry because they couldn't take a shower because there were no towels.. The cleanliness of the room was also not maintained.. The floor of the room was sticky and not mopped.. The room felt damp when the door was opened, and there were lots of ants on the walls.. The sheets had lots of yellow stains.. Check-in time at 3pm still had to wait because it wasn't ready. Parking was narrow, had to be valet. When entering the room, the bathroom facilities were incomplete, a large towel, a small towel, and a doormat. When asked to the FO and the roomboy was not quick enough, still had to wait a long time. Breakfast at 8:30, many food stocks were already empty. The children usually had fried rice for breakfast but had to wait a long time. Coffee was available but the glasses were empty. The fruit variety was minimal, only bananas, melons, watermelons, papayas, and even that was the leftovers because when it was my turn there were only papayas, bananas, and watermelons. The variety of heavy meals was also limited. There were also few waiters. Dirty utensils on the table were still piled up so they had to be pushed aside by themselves. Maybe this was my fault, I overslept, got out of the room at 8:30. But it would be more pitiful for those who got out of the room at 9am🙏

The hotel is clean, with a large parking area that can accommodate approximately 20-30 vehicles. Breakfast isn't too varied, but the taste is quite good. The location is on the main road, close to the city center. The staff is friendly. However, we stayed until New Year's, so there was an event on New Year's Eve. We were informed about this event, but we didn't expect the event to be right below our room, and the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3:00 AM, even though we were already going back to Jakarta the next day. I suggest that management pay more attention to the event venue, preferably in a soundproof building, not outdoors. Thank you.
