The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy who assisted me greatly with my luggage. However, there is room for improvement regarding the check-out process. Guests are asked to wait while their rooms are inspected, but the front desk staff lacked the initiative to inform me once the check was complete. Clearer communication at check-out would greatly improve the experience.

Close to the airport and there is an airport transfer car so it makes it easier for guests to get to the airport, for transit in Manila this hotel is recommended.

I had quite a nice experience at this hotel. The hotel is quite near from NAIA, which is very good. The hotel also provides Muslim-friendly (halal) food for breakfast. The hotel also has complete amenities and is near a convenience store. I feel safe in the hotel since the security is quite strict. The hotel just needs to improve the lift since it's quite a long wait, and several of them are broken. Overall, still a nice one.

Stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed my trip. The hotel is super close to Okada casino and Mall of Asia! Will definitely be back again. The staff at reception were really friendly and professional! Gave me complimentary late check-out when they found out my flight was later in the evening.

The experience of staying at Kingsford Hotel was quite pleasant with a calm atmosphere even though it is located in the city center, precisely in a reclamation area that is still relatively quiet. Parking facilities are indeed rather limited, but valet service is available at a fairly affordable price. The breakfast provided is less varied and a little disappointing because you have to queue for quite a long time. The hotel staff is friendly with standard service like most star hotels. The location is very strategic because it is close to shopping centers and recreation areas, while the room rates are very affordable for a comfortable hotel in the city center. I liked my stay here. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable… close to shops/malls/hotels/airport, and if you are looking for comfort, try this hotel.

Overall stay was 9/10. The location is prime. The ambiance is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Check-in & check-out process is smooth. I like the concept of being eco-friendly, less plastic waste. Toiletries are refillable and has water dispenser along the hallway for drinking water needs. We got a room with the city view, from there we can also see the pool area. The only downside is that we can hear the noise from the other room, the couple there & their children's conversation was quite loud, so the room is not that sound proof, and no bathtub on the toilet, but will definitely be back because the rates are affordable compared to other nearby hotels. The valet service is bad, they always say that there are no spaces available for parking, so we are using valet, but the valet service is so bad. I'm always waiting a minimum of 30 minutes.

I have only 1 concern, I think the food is quite a bit pricey for its serving. But there are establishments nearby so you can go out or have food delivery.

Staff and services great place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel for a leisure time after work, and the room was as expected. Check-in was smooth, and staff were hospitable. But the view was unfortunate though, we got a view of the container port.
