Stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed my trip. The hotel is super close to Okada casino and Mall of Asia! Will definitely be back again. The staff at reception were really friendly and professional! Gave me complimentary late check-out when they found out my flight was later in the evening.

Great location. Walkable to nearby casinos that have a variety of restaurants. Grab is available if you’re not a walker. It’s a 10 minute drive to Terminal 1. Was on the Grab app when the hotel shuttle driver approached and asked if I wanted a ride to the airport. The free shuttle was departing soon and there was extra space. It was a quick and smooth ride.

I had quite a nice experience at this hotel. The hotel is quite near from NAIA, which is very good. The hotel also provides Muslim-friendly (halal) food for breakfast. The hotel also has complete amenities and is near a convenience store. I feel safe in the hotel since the security is quite strict. The hotel just needs to improve the lift since it's quite a long wait, and several of them are broken. Overall, still a nice one.

The experience of staying at Kingsford Hotel was quite pleasant with a calm atmosphere even though it is located in the city center, precisely in a reclamation area that is still relatively quiet. Parking facilities are indeed rather limited, but valet service is available at a fairly affordable price. The breakfast provided is less varied and a little disappointing because you have to queue for quite a long time. The hotel staff is friendly with standard service like most star hotels. The location is very strategic because it is close to shopping centers and recreation areas, while the room rates are very affordable for a comfortable hotel in the city center. Atmosphere/Facilities: Quiet, parking is rather limited but there is a valet that is quite cheap Food: Breakfast variations are not too many, what is a little disappointing is the queue when you want to have breakfast Staff Assistance: Friendly and ordinary like other hotel services Highlights: Close to shopping centers and recreation areas. Price: Very affordable for a good hotel close to the city center Location: In the city center but located in a reclamation area that is still relatively quiet.

Overall stay was 9/10. The location is prime. The ambiance is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Check-in & check-out process is smooth. I like the concept of being eco-friendly, less plastic waste. Toiletries are refillable and has water dispenser along the hallway for drinking water needs. We got a room with the city view, from there we can also see the pool area. The only downside is that we can hear the noise from the other room, the couple there & their children's conversation was quite loud, so the room is not that sound proof, and no bathtub on the toilet, but will definitely be back because the rates are affordable compared to other nearby hotels. Thank you Kingsford.

I stayed in this hotel for a leisure time after work, and the room was as expected. Check-in was smooth, and staff were hospitable. But the view was unfortunate though, we got a view of the container port.

We had a great stay there, it was a nice hotel for its price. We were allowed for an early check-in. Staffs are very accommodating. There were lots of elevators which is really an A+ for me, but we were shocked on our first night when we returned to our hotel because the hotel was a bit crowded. Food was not tasty. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs except for the last night that they failed to pick up the dishes in our room after we had room service dinner. The room is not soundproof. I can't sleep well because of the loud bangs I can hear from other rooms for the whole stay.

I've done my booking via mobile app and paid the room through my debit card, same night booking before checking in. And it was hassle free and as easy as 123. Thank you online agent. However, upon arrival in the hotel, I showed my voucher and told the front desk officer that I'm already fully paid. He said that it was not paid yet, what they did was just getting my card number for assurance. So to make everything settled because I want to rest, it's almost 11pm from my event, I just gave my debit card and let him process the payment, and input my pin and issued me receipt and key card. But upon checking my online banking, 2 payments were reflected, both were for payment for kingsford hotel accommodation and what's more annoying is that the one that they charged me was higher than what I paid in traveloka. I told him that it ' s not my fault and kingsford must refund the amount he charged me. He said the finance did not replied because it's already late. I said I am leaving early the next day and I need to get the refund upon check out because this was not my fault. I am not the one who made the mistake and I will not accept if I will wait for many working days. But until I checked out yesterday, no development. They said the bank processing will be up to maximum 30days. I said it doesn't matter, I understand the bank process but why do I have to suffer just because of their mistake. But still they insisted and until now, no response yet! And by the way, I also noticed other person on that same night also complaining about other issues and they were not handling it well. I hope this will not happen to other guests! Thank you!
