Yes everyting was really good

We have the executive suite and its huge. Room is missing a microwave with this type of room for me to heat up my food. Staff are courteous and helpful. Lobby is somehow small by area size and people are getting crowded during mid day for check out.

Hotel was great

Basic accommodation. Staff pleasant, room clean, ok for a fly-and-flop. Breakfast not so great, and needed to wait a long time just to get in. Reasonably handy to the airport. Not much around the hotel to add value or convenience.

The room was okay, the bedsheet/top sheet is dirty and theres peanut on the floor i was about to complain about it, but then its only one night so we just let it go. The light fixture is broken as well. The housekeeper was in the hallway in 17th floor and his cart was full of bath towels, i requested if he could give me 1 bath towel and he said it should be delivered in my room. He could have just give it or hand it to me as i am holding a baby and a toddler by my side. I waited and nothing came to give me the bath towel this is around 4 pm. The breakfast was a chaos because we are waiting to get a table and some people are just cutting off the line where the front end should know that its a line up and not allowing the people that’s cutting off. The told the front end if she notice that people are just cutting off the line which is unfair to some people that are waiting, she apologize at the end.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet. The food was good and had lots of variety. I would stay here again.

We stayed 8 days. Given it’s a long stay I need the room at least vacuum and clean the washroom after 3 or 4 days., Requested to clean this suite. Vacuum and clean the toilet at least. But just tidying and change towels. My hair are still on the floor around toilet and the room. They forgot to replace toilet mat. Disappointing stay.

Clean rooms, awesome gym, nice pool, close to multiple malls and restaurants. Great air conditioning, hot showers. The restaurant on site is just ok, buffet lines were crazy so I didn’t get the additional buffet. Grab delivery worked perfectly for breakfast at 7am. Great WIFI, easy check in with prepaid booking and no deposit fee.

The only comment is the breakfast, altho were in chafing dishes, were not really hot/warm. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Breakfast is great . .thou the seating capacity is not very accommodating.its a full house and guest are placed in the lobby area that makes it very crowded in the receiving area for guest check in

Amenities and location are good, breakfast buffet is okay, the lobby is overcrowded and the room itself is outdated, you can hear all the noises from the hallway and next door.

The TV remote did not work when I checked in, so I called the front desk and it took them a full day to bring me a new remote. Both the chair and the ottoman in the room had terrible stains on them that had not even attempted to be cleaned. The rug in the room was dirty, and the floor had not been mopped. The rug had not been vacuumed the entire week I stayed one morning. I had coffee and the coffee mug and the milk stayed in the room for three days, the sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The shower had been sprayed down with water and that is all. The bedside tables had not been dusted or wiped down the entire week. There was dust on the lamp in the room and the hot pot in the room did not work without a special adapter. The hallways were not vacuumed on a regular basis. The elevators had water in them from people leaving the pool the sauna and the showers in the men’s room smelled like urine all week long even after I suggested to the staff that they have it cleaned with bleach it was never cleaned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The staff was friendly and I’m sure most of these issues were out of their control. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good every morning and the staff there was friendly and courteous. The lobby bar had wonderful young men who were friendly, courteous and helpful. The courtesy van driver Joe was prompt with his pick up at the airport and was very courteous, kind and respectful. The concierge staff was helpful to

Breakfast buffet was very sub standard, the setting is nice, but the food is very catered to the local, foreigner find it hard to eat, more variety is needed. The facility does not offer small hand towel in bathroom which was very unusual. Outdoor pool way too many people, need to offer other activities such as Karaoke or something because they have the rooms to do so. Tv needs to be updated to Smart TV, too old and outdated, nothing to watch on local channels. Bed was hard like rock no queen more like full size. In room dinning was in consistent, same item order two different night, one night it was very good and second night too salty and lacking content, seem like different cook.

During my 2 days stay at the hotel, staff are very accommodating. The pool is always full specially late in the afternoon. Location is great when u have to be at the airport and they a complimentary airport shuttle which is awesome.
