Location, and room is comfortable. but have bad experience at dinner on 31 dec. Waiting too long for service, once the waitress come, he said we can only eat for breakfast, dont know why , probably thinking we can't paid. i said we are for dinner and will pay, then we are served. I saw the other customer (european) who came later but they are serving fast. Its not good service for hotel like Novotel, they should treat customer the same. Hope other not having same experince.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend it:).
