Family of 4 over here, 6-day stay. We had a great, comfortable stay. The hotel is quiet, clean, modern and right across from the metro station (Couronnes). There are plenty of small restaurants to eat around, we even found a chinese/thai food that we loved. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed, water fountains with cold water in every floor (bring refillable water bottles), you can even rent an umbrella for 2 euros in the lobby. They let us check in a little bit early for free, we appreciated that. Also when we had a problem with electricity going out in the room, it was fixed within 10 minutes. Really good hotel, we were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Will stay here again.

Friendly and professional welcome with a lovely sized room, clean and well appointed.we only stayed one night. Had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it and our brief stay thoroughly.

Staff very welcoming and helpful in sorting out a minor issue and also in indulging my "improving" French.
Hotel is well maintained and public areas clean and well maintained.
Well worth going for the room with balcony - lovely views across the city towards the Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tour and Pantheon as well as the bustle of the street marker below.
Only issue I have is the litter strewn area immediately outside the entrance, probably an issue more for the local council but would be worth a quick clean up by hotel staff.

All in all a nice hotel.
Just some remarks.
The door of the toilet was not to be closed.
The quality of coffee could be better. Moreover it would be fine, when you offer more ceramique cups than paper cups ;-)

Location: is 40 mins via metro to Eiffel tower and is not very close like advertised.
The AC was turned off middle of the night.
My kids got bedbugs bite after staying in the hotel

The staff was friendly and the gym was a personal favorite. However my experience in the room was not the best. Had to call reception multiple times to ask them to turn the AC on which is annoying considering that it was a very warm room. Also the bathroom sink was leaking all over the bathroom couldn’t use to brush my teeth.

Super short stay for one night passing through with two kids. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and super helpful...parking is about a half a block away and spacious and secure.

En face du métro avec des liaisons faciles vers les stations principales. Je l'ai utilisé comme escale entre l'arrivée à la Gare du Nord et le repart de la Gare de Lyon. Personnel sympathique, super douche et quartier animé.

The hotel and staff were very good. Food service within the hotel was on Euro schedule, so if your stomach is jet lagged you must go out for a meal. There were lots of cafes and small restaurants within just a couple blocks. The neighborhood is pretty residential and so not the most convenient for services, but very convenient to the underground.

Our stay at Novotel Paris 20 Belleville was amazing. El Kaser Mahmoud & Suriat Moussa were exceptional. They were friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. They went above & beyond to help us with language tour guidance and service.We are so thankful, they both are definitely a great asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff and service was great.
