Excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Je tiens à souligner particulièrement la qualité de l’accueil de Jamel à la réception, pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité, ainsi que le sérieux et la bienveillance d’Iliane, veilleur de nuit, qui contribue grandement au sentiment de sécurité. Hôtel propre, agréable et très bien tenu. Je recommande cet établissement.

Clean room, great staff, easy check/in and out. Balcony room with large terrace, views of the city. Enjoyed my stay there.

Très belle chambre

Not finding a cleaner entering my room at 9am on Saturday when I had the checkout on the same day at 12pm. Pretty loud ventilation.

Tout était chouette, à part la ventilation de la chambre qui m’a rendu malade. Ce n’est pas un chauffage et produit de la fraîcheur dans la chambre en hiver.

La camera situata al 6 e ultimo piano è arredata in stile moderno,il bagno abbastanza ampio e la doccia molto grande.Dal terrazzo la vista è splendida:Tour Eiffel,la Defense,Basilica del Sacro Cuore…il personale molto gentile e accogliente (alcuni parlano italiano).Molto soddisfatta!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich eigentlich in einer sehr guten Lage und ist direkt an der Metrostation. Der Frühstücksbereich ist leider sehr klein und teilweise mussten wir auf einen freien Tisch warten. Beim Parken im Hotel war nicht sehr einfach mit unserem Fahrzeug (SUV), eng und kurvig. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Petit déjeuner compliqué à l’heure de pointe mais service impeccable. Chambre correcte mais qui vieilli mal.

With a do not disturb sign clearly affixed to the door, the staff interrupted us twice on the same day, once walking in on my wife naked in bed while I was out. She then locked herself in the bathroom, and engaged the secondary lock on the main door, which did not prevent me from entering. Place was clean, new, but have to question the safety when staff feel they can just walk in. For the price the bed and pillows were amongst the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Cleaning in general was ok. What's good is the location, just in front of the Metro station. The amenities are basic. However, there's no body lotion, iron provided. There's a water dispenser near the lift lobby. The tissue and toilet rolls/ coffee wasnt replenish daily. The reception staff are ok, except Mahmud, who helped us to great length, even extending the check out hours for us. There was 1 waiter (Indian looking) at the Bar, who refused us entry at the lift, because he wants to go up, but the lift going down, and we are going down. He didn't apologise too. The toilet shower was faulty. Aircon was not 'on', unless requested. We were not told about this, we thought the aircon was just not too cold.
