Hôtel bien placée et près du vieux Tours. Stationnement payant Indigo près de l'hôtel. Nourriture correcte mais il manquait toujours quelque chose.

The hotel was right across from the Tram. 5 minute walk into town. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful upon check in and friendly. Offers to go next door to their sister hotel to use their larger fitness center and laundry was much appreciated as this hotel has no laundry and a tiny gym. Included breakfast has all the basic usuals, decent. Service was excellent- good suggestions, quick responses and positive. Great location. I suggest getting a room with a view the alternative is looking at a gravel pit.

They charged my credıt card for the whole stay amount even though I paıd fully for the stay ahead of tıme through Expedıa. As soon as the front offıce personel charged my card, I ınformed her that this ıs a mıstake and she should return the amount. She saıd she cannot do ıt. Instead, she said they will return the money to my bank account. I told her that this method will involve bank charges. She told me that they will also pay those charges as soon as I told them about the bank charge. After one month I received the amount minus the bank charges. When I informed them about the bank charge, they said they cannot compensate me. I contacted the expedia help line, they said they will call the hotel. opppppppppppA few days later, the manager Soraya sent me the following message: " Please accept our sincere apologies for the mistaken charge to your credit card and the confusion caused during the refund process. We fully understand your frustration, and we truly regret the inconvenience this has caused. The refund of 383€ was processed via international bank transfer, as this is the only refund method available at our property. Unfortunately, any transfer fees applied by your bank are beyond our control, and we are unable to reimburse those charges. We also regret that incorrect information was initially given to you regarding the refund of potential bank fees."

Great location, excellent service, friendly people! One advice is to keep a min-fridge in each room that could keep your water, juices, milk, yoghurt, foods, etc. at comfortable temperatures in extreme weather conditions.

New hotel near Loire river. Walk to riverside bar area at night. Laundromat just one street away. Tram stops at the side door. Easy access to touristy places. Bar in lobby. Friendly folks.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a private (independent) parking garage located directly under it. The rooms were clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was great. My *only* issue was that the A/C was not working for the whole building when we checked in. We had opted to pay at the property, and it was a really warm day…and the hotel rooms have full length glass windows with no ventilation…so the rooms were really, really hot. The woman checking us in did not say a word about it. Once we got to our rooms & realized how unbearable my mother’s room was, we called the front desk & were only told then that the AC was broken, and would not be fixed that night, and no refund was possible. Our room was on the other side of the building & was slightly cooler. We did ask that my mom be switched to an empty room on the other side of the building for the slight temperature advantage, and that was accommodated. Nevertheless, the person checking us in should have been upfront about the situation, because we would have switched to their sister hotel directly across the street. Taking our payment & then promptly refusing to refund, when you are aware that this was a problem does not reflect well on the hotel. Looking through reviews in this hotel, it looks like a repeat concern.

The hotel is hot. My room got to 29c before they moved me across the street to hikton garden. No scrambled eggs available after tourist group cleaned it all out. I have had better stays at this location.

OK. Took a long time to check in since only one woman was there at peak time. Shower a bit grungy in the corners. The room was SUPER hot when I arrived. Took a while to figure out the AC & a while for it to cool down.

Nice room we struggled to get the air conditioning to keep the temperature down in direct sunlight. Unfortunately do yo a technical issue there was no hot water available.

Overall good, but breakfast was very limited and basic. No toaster, no cheese (odd being in France.

A typical Hampton except it's dreadful in three ways. First there are no lighted signs on the building which in all respects like a modern office block. We arrived after dark and couldn't find it easily. Second, only available parking is in an underground paid public garage 300 yards away. Third, the included breakfast was awful. Most items seemed like they were reused for days.
