At first glance, the accommodation seems clean, but this is just an illusion. The pillows and carpets are not cleaned properly (pillows with sweat stains), which makes the rooms smelly. In the lobby area in the afternoon/evening, there is an atmosphere as if you were in a Southeast Asian market. The main clientele of the hotel comes from one of the given countries and brings their home habits with them. This could be fundamentally addressed, they should not allow eating or drinking in the communal space. They should create a separate room for this, which is separated. In case of a problem, the staff has the classic "I won't say anything, I'll just listen deeply."
