I stayed for one night (March 23–24), and honestly… this experience surprised me in the best way possible. I checked in a bit late, already past 8 PM, and I was in a rush because I had somewhere to be. All I wanted at that moment was to get my room key and go, no delays, no complications. But then, the front desk agent totally got it. Without me even saying anything, he offered to upgrade my room from a smoking room to a non-smoking one. (I chose the smooking room one, because at the time I booked in this app, non smoking room wasn't available or I need to pay more than the price it should be.) Like... How did he just know what I needed? That’s what I call going the extra mile. And it didn’t stop there. To save time, he didn’t even ask for my ID, which is pretty rare since most hotels in Medan usually require ID or passport. He also said I didn’t need to pay any deposit. I was like… wait, is this real? Amazing. Then he offered to combine the twin beds into one. I mean, wow. The service wasn’t just responsive, it was anticipating my needs before I even said anything. I truly felt taken care of. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name. I was in such a rush that night. Next morning during checkout, I tried asking the FO team who handled me, but they mentioned two names and I honestly couldn’t tell which one it was. Sir, if you happen to read this, thank you so much for your outstanding service. You made my stay incredibly smooth and memorable.
