The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, so the TV couldn't be used. Airport drop-off was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., but it wasn't delivered until 8:05 a.m. We hope to improve the service in the future, thank you.

At the Siborong-Borong level, it's okay, but there's no elevator to the second floor, so if you have elderly people it will be a bit of a hassle, otherwise it's worth it.

This is my first time staying at ABE Hotel Balige, and I received friendly service from the hotel staff, the room is very comfortable and has a soft pool hehehe, because I am Muslim, I had sahur and the food was delivered to my room because I was late to the restaurant, it was the best.

Coincidentally, there was a badminton tournament at this hotel. Checked in for 2 nights. The room was clean and the service was good.

Strategic location, stayed overnight here while transiting from Bukittinggi to Samosir. Food is quite varied, service is friendly, cleanliness is adequate, facilities need to be improved (lack of hangers in the bathroom).
