The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, so the TV couldn't be used. Airport drop-off was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., but it wasn't delivered until 8:05 a.m. We hope to improve the service in the future, thank you.

At the Siborong-Borong level, it's okay, but there's no elevator to the second floor, so if you have elderly people it will be a bit of a hassle, otherwise it's worth it.

This is my first time staying at ABE Hotel Balige, and I received friendly service from the hotel staff, the room is very comfortable and has a soft pool hehehe, because I am Muslim, I had sahur and the food was delivered to my room because I was late to the restaurant, it was the best.

Atmosphere/Facilities: Quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Food: Quite a varied selection of food Staff Assistance: Very friendly and communicative Highlights: Quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets and traffic, attractive coffee shop facilities, and a sports court (badminton) Price: The price is commensurate with the hotel facilities, but please include a welcome drink. Location: The location is not far from the Trans-Sumatra Highway and the shuttle service from Silangit Airport is very helpful for hotel guests, even though the location is not directly on the Trans-Sumatra Highway.

In general, the hotel is quite good and clean, only the layout and equipment in the room are incomplete. The food served for breakfast is less attractive and the service is slightly below standard. It is not too late to continue to be improved to be even better. So that guests can rest peacefully, the music volume should be lowered because the large volume is clearly disturbing. Thank you.
