Room was spotless and maintained throughout our 10 day stay. Staff couldn't be more accommodating!

Everything was outstanding: location, staff, breakfast, etc. This was the perfect stay in CDMX and we’d return in a heartbeat!

I debated whether to even do this review so that the word wouldn't get out about how amazing this property is. From the minute we walked in the door, we were in love. Within 24 hours we knew we would never stay anywhere else in CDMX. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is top notch, and the little touches of art and design put this hotel over the edge. We truly felt cared for and can not wait to come back. THANK YOU to the whole team for making our anniversary the best trip ever. Hasta pronto! xoxo

Great place to stay! Historic house in safe, quaint part of Mexico City. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Impeccable attention to detail-great hosts -nothing too much trouble . Loved the Jura coffee machine

My husband and I loved this house!!!! So stylish and comfortable and classy. Very well cared for. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that it is setback from a busy road so if you want a more quiet experience ask for a room in the back.

They dont play American Christmas music like the Andaz!. But seriously, great low key atmosphere with attention to detail. Unlike the Andaz.

Enjoyed the B&B as the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night, very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Cute quirky bohemian artsy Band B. Wonderful staff excellent breakfast. But the bathroom in our room very much needs updating. Stained old tub with rust and peeling paint. And wet towels were never replaced.

Historic building. Very nice complete breakfast. Hot water and fans to cool the spacious room. Excellent, helpful staff. The room door locks and bathrooms could be updated. Good area to walk to restaurants. My favorite close by restaurant is Le Capitol, but there are many others.

Terrific hotel in convenient La condesa neighborhood. Staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Really nice b&b. Our room was spacious and clean. Great courtyards- in front and especially the one in back. Breakfast excellent! Super pleasant and helpful staff.

Beautiful building with lots of interesting artwork. Courtyard is gorgeous. Daily breakfast was delicious with a different special everyday. Restaurants recommended to us were amazing. Location was very convenient, making many sites walkable. Bed was also very comfortable with luxurious toiletries.

We liked the friendly staff, especially Fernando, who gave us a great introduction to Mezcal. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfasts were great. We enjoyed the courtyard, artwork, furnishings and gardens. We also liked the Condesa neighbourhood.

Great location for day trips north to the pyramids or south to Freda’s house. Beautiful amazing old restored house! Antiques around every corner! Alex was great and Lucy created wonderful breakfasts all 4 days. Fantastic place!!!!

Cass Comtesse gave us a warm welcome and plenty of useful local advice. The hotel is well situated, within easy walking of local cafes etc, and not too far from the metro/buses. Our room was huge, furnished with interesting period pieces, and comfortable, with wide windows onto the inner courtyard. Breakfast around the communal table is a highlight, swapping tips with fellow travellers and enjoying the special Mexican dish of the day. We hope to return.

We were very comfortable, the breakfasts were very delicious, Juan made great drinks, and the people were very nice. One thing that may matter to others was that we were in a front room, which got great light, but was a little noisy as it's near the bus stop. You're not right up against the street, but cars and buses are loud so the sound carries. The hotel provides ear plugs, which we didn't have to use, but others may.

Casa Comtesse is a very welcoming hotel with a great selection of art on the walls and books in the lobby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotels to other travelers
