Very nice room, but was difficult to get hot water everyday.

The hotel is good, the service is good I recommend it, ok hotels.

Excellent hotel.

The water was less than warm which made it very difficult to shower. Because the the town is up in the mountains, it is very cold. So having no hot water was a difficult experience. Besides that, the food and the staff were excellent.

El personal muy amable, el hotel limpio y acogedor, el desayuno abundante, solo un pequeño problema con los omelettes y al café le faltaba temperatura. Por lo demás, impecable.

In the center and walking distance to everything. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper and planning on going during the weekend, good luck. There is a rooftop nearby that plays music on the weekends loudly. Aside from that, the staff was really helpful.

No hot water , the safe inside of the room doesn’t work , I complained and they tried to fixed, with a wine bottle !!!! Bad business

the staff of the El Dorado Hotel is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Restaurant staff were very efficient and courteous. Our stay at the beautiful Hotel El Dorado was wonderful

Staff are nice and the hotel is clean and elegant. But the rooms are very small and all equipment (everything from the gym to the hairdryers) is ancient and on its last legs.
