The best value for the price I could get. The service exceeded expectations by far. Everything was perfect, nothing to fault. The only thing I'd criticize is that it's separate from Galaxi, but they do have a free shuttle bus service, which I loved. I would definitely go again if there's another promotion.

I recently stayed at the Andaz Macau and had a truly enjoyable experience. The reception team and lobby staff were consistently friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping was also excellent, with the rooms kept immaculate and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of thoughtful service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay very memorable. I would highly recommend Andaz Macau for anyone looking for a premium and comfortable hotel experience.

Everything was great during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Their service is excellent and once u enter the hotel everyone is with smile. The room is comfort. They have lots of complimentary cookies,drinks and beer. Even with a handwriting welcome card and pillow mist for our good sleep. I stay with my 9 years son which they provide a kids set for him. Is just a bit unbelieveable which such a clean room and hotel, i saw a baby coacroach but they act immediately. Unfortunately the room the only can offer for us to change is not suitable for us aa it is very far away from my parents which stay at the next room.

Overall we really enjoy our time at Andaz and the food are good
