We had a pleasant stay overall, and the property itself is beautiful with good facilities, amenities, view, surroundings, and especially the water pressure. The staff were kind, polite, and genuinely hospitable. However, the service execution did not meet the expectations of a luxury hotel, especially for a honeymoon stay.
There was no turndown service, and the honeymoon setup felt very basic. Although ‘Happy Honeymoon’ was written on the mirror, it was not personalized with our names, and there was no handwritten note, only printed materials. These small details make a big difference in creating a memorable and luxury experience. Guests were also not greeted by name, and there was very little personalization throughout the stay, which made the experience feel less special than expected.
Breakfast quality was very good, but the selection became repetitive after a few days and lacked rotation. Additionally, the corridors had a noticeable wood or post-construction smell. A proper signature scent throughout the hotel, including corridors and rooms, would significantly elevate the overall ambiance and align better with luxury standards.
What stood out positively was the attitude of the staff, they were warm and well-intentioned. However, it feels like the service standards and attention to detail are not yet fully aligned with what defines a true luxury hotel. With stronger leadership and training, better service structure, and more focus on personalization, this hotel has a lot of potential to become exceptional.
But overall good.
