My stay at Pan Pacific Indonesia was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was new, modern, and beautifully maintained. I loved everything about the hotel. One of the best parts is its location. It's right next to Agora Mall and is conveniently connected by a covered walkway to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around the city. Another thing I really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Despite being in a busy area, there was no noise pollution, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

It's been the highest hotel room I've ever stayed. I stayed on the 87th floor, and it became one of the reasons I stayed here. Pros: Great view due to a very high-story building. Strategic location (in the same premise within Agora Mall and UOB Plaza, near TransJ bus station, near Grand Indonesia and Bundaran HI). Cons: Not convenient car park, which makes it inconvenient to access from the basement car park to the hotel lobby. There is only one swimming pool here with a uniform height of 120cm (not friendly for toddlers or babies), and it's not big.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Servers at the restaurant are also very capable and friendly. The breakfast options are not that many, but it's quite decent. Room is clean and spacious. Location, it's just beside Agora Mall and walkable distance to Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia. Unfortunately, if there is a demonstration in Jakarta, this area can be a hassle to get to and from. If I can complain a bit, the parking area for the hotel is unclear and limited. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the property itself is beautiful with good facilities, amenities, view, surroundings, and especially the water pressure. The staff were kind, polite, and genuinely hospitable. However, the service execution did not meet the expectations of a luxury hotel, especially for a honeymoon stay. There was no turndown service, and the honeymoon setup felt very basic. Although ‘Happy Honeymoon’ was written on the mirror, it was not personalized with our names, and there was no handwritten note, only printed materials. These small details make a big difference in creating a memorable and luxury experience. Guests were also not greeted by name, and there was very little personalization throughout the stay, which made the experience feel less special than expected. Breakfast quality was very good, but the selection became repetitive after a few days and lacked rotation. Additionally, the corridors had a noticeable wood or post-construction smell. A proper signature scent throughout the hotel, including corridors and rooms, would significantly elevate the overall ambiance and align better with luxury standards. What stood out positively was the attitude of the staff, they were warm and well-intentioned. However, it feels like the service standards and attention to detail are not yet fully aligned with what defines a true luxury hotel. With stronger leadership and training, better service structure, and more focus on personalization, this hotel has a lot of potential to become exceptional. But overall good.
