Tutto bene!

Fuimos el finde del 7 al 9 y fue estupendo hay unq muchacha que habla español y nos lo hizo muchon mas facil la habitacion era estupenda, sin decirles nada ellos te hacen la cama y ordenan el cuarto el baño es muy grande hay un sofá de dos plazas también que me parece que se convierte en sofá cama y espacioso y la cama también lo es está muy bien aislado el frío incluso tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado porque teníamos un poquito de calor del cambio de tiempo de afuera adentro les pedimos chanclas para usarlas y no las dieron también puede pedir pasta de dientes cepillo y etcétera y sin decirle nada cuando van a la habitación a ordenartela también te ordenan la ropa también tienes un agua de cortesía y café una neverita y una caja fuerte yo lo recomendaría si vuelvo a Viena volveré a este hotel y esta a 15 min del centro que puedes ir andando o en tranvia

Very run down bathroom with rotten fixtures. Literally mold and mildew on the floors and cabinets were peeling apart. Not the bathroom that was advertised at all.

Not wine in the room, said"it is gone ", not breakfast free.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren zum zweiten mal im Florum Hotel und können es nur empfehlen. Zentrale Lage, saubere und großzügige Zimmer und ein super freundliches Personal.

Great area, easy to get around. Nice staff, including the housekeepers.

Room was comfy, outside was very loud with the windows shut, only realised in the morning the radiators were on and it was very hot in the morning

Staff were polite and helpful, rooms good size and clean, bed comfy. Breakfast not really good value, average quality ingredients and limited choice, pillows terrible, duvet small, very noisy room due to building work next door (not hotel's fault) children running up and down corridors, strange "wind noise" in room, not sure if due to heating or air vent,

The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Booked the superior double room and it was so old and dated. Marks all over the walls, main light bulb didn’t work properly. Bathroom looked very old and tatty . Stains on the sofa in the room and some small stains on bedding also.

Grandma was very clean. Everything was in walking distance very good breakfast right across the street.
