I like the clean bedroom. But the wifi is terrible if you’re planning to work or do homework while you stay, I don’t recommend it. The location of the hotel is not convenient to get to the airport. I wouldn’t reserve it again for that reason.

The hotel is a bit tired and could do with a significant upgrade, although it is very well positioned for access to the train station and casco historico.

Very Near to the Train Station and the bus stops. It was easy to go to Madrid and they had buses to the Airport from 5.45am Reaching by 6.45am. so was all Good for my Transit. The bed could be better

This is in a great part of Alcala. Very close to the old district and bus stops right out front of the hotel. There are grocery stores close. The hotel itself is average for Spain. It is an older building, but without the old Spanish charm. If you can disregard the outside facade of the building, you can make yourself at home for a night or two. The rooms are small but accommodating.

Walls are paper thin. I heard every conversation, party, and embarrassingly brief sex act. I understand that hotel staff can't do anything about street noise, but when the staff lives on site, they can and should do something about noisy guests at 3am. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep.

Air conditioning was terrible. They had to move us from the room. In the new room the shower drain was clogged. Very poor internet. The owner or employee was always smoking on tje hallway and terrible smell all over the hotel. Not a 2 star hotel, I will give a minus 2. They need to remodel everything very old and dated, need complete remodeling but a good thing is the great location and can say a very comfortable bed.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, close to the rail station and shopping centres. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
