The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to give recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The room was comfortable with nice bedding comfortable mattress and well working WiFi and air conditioning. You could also see the lagoon from our balcony and from the roof. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. They were in the process of expanding ( adding a restaurant/ bar and additional rooms. There was no noise from the construction while we were there for 3 nights.

There was an overwhelming sewer smell that eliminated any chance of enjoying our room. We could barely breathe the entire time we were in our room. We couldn’t wait to leave. So glad we only booked one night. Location was also horrible, on the far north end of town. Too far to walk to anything of interest, including access to the water.

Muy buen hotel con personnel excepcional.

We stayed for one night, everything was clean. AC worked just fine, the only thing was the water in the shower it never came out hot just somewhat warm. Overall a safe and quiet stay

The beds need a little upgrade

Room service and water pressure was very poor. The visibility to turn to the Hotel was very poor.

The route is not paved, there no access to the lake on that street

En general bien, pero la alberca estuvo fría y no pudimos usarla y también en el cuarto hacía frío y mucho ruido de la carretera y camiones en la noche.

This hotel was pleasant. Far out of town and transport in Bacalar is limited which makes it tricky at times. Service was average (didn’t get shown room or ammenities etc). Ok for price

Propiedad muy mal ubicada, en una calle de mal acceso y sin absolutamente nada a su alrededor. Se necesita auto para todo.

It was a wonderful experience, very attentive staff, love the contact with nature that the property has to offer.

Personnel très gentil et lieu tres mignon. Chambre double sont un peu restreinte en taille pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, sinon tout s’est bien passé
