The clerk was very pleasant, and called me by my first name. I’ve stayed there, since last year. It was very clean. There were two undesirable people at the desk, when, I checked out. The last time, I stayed, I could smell, drug’s. I have asthma, and meth smoke really bothers my lung’s. I hope, that the hotel, has a better way, of screening these types of people?

The first assigned room had some issues. When we notified the front desk, staff quickly assigned us another room. Hotel is easily accessible to downtown and the mall. Thank you.

The room was very dirty. Crumbs all over the sofa. Floors dirty. Hairs in sink and on counters. Pile of hair beside the toilet. I wouldn’t even take a shower there. It was a good price, but you get what you pay for.

Understaffed. No towels. Limited amenities. Unhelpful staff. TV doesn't work. Paid for air conditioning but didn't get it. I guess you get what you pay for.

I will begin by saying that the beds are old, but fine, and we slept well. This property needs a lot of help. The rooms are very dated. I have no idea what the brown spots were on the ceiling, there seemed to be cracks in the ceiling and walls, and my dog ate something off the floor that we did not bring in. Although the guy at the front desk was helpful, if you have any luggage to bring in, be prepared that you will need to carry it up or down at least one flight of stairs before you get to an elevator. The property has a huge parking lot so parking in itself is not an issue. The side door although stated to be able to open until 11 with the key, did not open at 10:30 already. They did not clear any ice built up over time by the side of the hotel so it was clearly a hazzard as I slipped many times. For the condition of this property it is ridiculous to charge 25$/dog plus tax. We have stayed in great hotels where the dog is either free or between 10-20$ and poop bags and dog treats provided. We will not stay here again.

Old hotel and Expedia was kind of sneaky and didn’t say that the price was in American dollars, which was a shock at check-in

Stayed two nights, location is good just next to the CTrain station. Parking is easy, staff friendly. But the facilities are old, no fridge, elevator buttons are functional but light doesn't show up.

It is dog friendly, but we got the basement unit. Thermostat wasn’t working so it was 27 degrees when we arrived. Turned off at night to cool down. Brrr in the am to wake up to. Bed was ok, too soft and worn for our liking. Have to admit you get what you pay for.

The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. We entered our room and were extremely disappointed. Exposed wall outlets, coffee rings on the tables, no couch, only some wonky chairs, and a leaky bathroom tub. We had brought our bathing suits but didn’t even try the pool with how our room was. Probably won’t stay here again. The only positive was the friendly and nice staff.
