Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant - from Bharna when we checked in, to Shukiba who, without being asked, assisted us moving our luggage to the exit door and Dee, who was on the front desk when we checked out. The hotel room rate was excellent and was good value for what we received.

I stay here for 3 or 4 nights every month when i am in Calgary. Its close to our company office. The place is quiet. The beds are super comfortable. The check in/ Check out is very easy. The front desk staff have excellent customer skills.

The check in process is not smooth, they need to do something especially with payment processing at arrival where you need to pay for damage deposit. I got stranded twice.

Room and bathroom were not clean. Pubic hair on toilet and hair in the tub. The tub was patched with concrete filler and was disgusting enough we didn’t even shower.

We didn't get to stay because our card wasn't accepted and we didn't get our money backi think if you take a payment online for a room onlineyou should have to take the same the same card for a deposit. Or dont take the money!! Not happy won't be returning

It's a cheap place to stay, not great and not terrible. For the price it is fine. My room was comfortable and warm. Shower was hot. Bathtub needed to be a lot cleaner though. The one elevator barely works which is annoying if you have a lot of bags. Could definitely hear people in other rooms. Lots of parking was a plus.
