really great stay! staff is amazing!

Room was very nice and comfortable as long as strong Raid smell could be dealt with. Tub spout leaked constantly and I had half full tub over one night. Staff was very helpful. THIS IS NOT A MOBILITY FRIENDLY HOTEL. Stairs everywhere. Some exit doors don’t allow entry. Maintenance not up to date.

It was a very good stay , the area was good , rooms were clean , quick check in . However the lady at the reception was very rude for now reason . No welcome no nothing and kept looking at us in a weird way even tho we look fine lol as if we had problems . The other guy in the morning was very nice and respectful. So I guess it’s not all staff that are rude

Only issue was the HVAC was not working on a hot 2 days. They did supply a fan and offered to move us to another unit. The side door has a 10a-7p working time. Overall a good day.

Overall stay was good. Staff was very helpful but in the room hotel should provide at least 2-4 water bottle when client does check in.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, so we had to go to the reception to report the issue. They arranged for a portable air conditioner to be brought to the room. However, there was no telephone in the room, so we had to go to reception to request towels or let them know about the issues. On a positive note, the room was clean. Our kids wanted to play in the pool, but the water was cold, and there were no towels available in the pool area.

The rooms need renovation. There is no elevator in the facility and have to carry your luggage for 2 stories. The room doesn’t have enough towels and amenities enough for 4 people. After checking out, we tried the toilet and unfortunately it was clogged and informed the staff but no body cared about it. The kids tried the pool but water was so cold and no play toys as seen in pictures.

I booked two rooms for the night, it had seen little things crawling on the bed in one room along with it was extremely cold, and the other room had a broken toilet.. and when you want to use the washroom everytime you’d close the door it wouldn’t open.

The sound insulation is inadequate; I was disturbed during the night over the weekend by noise from neighboring guests. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide vending machines offering essential items such as bottled water and laundry detergent.

Cool lay out of the inside of the hotel. Affordable hotel to stay at, convenient if you're looking to stay at, or around macleod trail.

It’s a standard hotel—nothing particularly bad, but nothing exceptional either. The room was clean but dated. Fine for business travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at Amenida Residence. Dee, the front desk reservation clerk, was incredibly warm and hospitable. We arrived before the check-in time, and she kindly offered us a secure space to store our luggage. She even found a comfortable spot where I could work while waiting for our room—her customer service was exceptional, truly a 100/10 experience. The housekeeping staff were also polite and considerate, checking in daily to see if we needed anything for our room. I originally booked a 2-day stay but ended up extending it because I was so pleased with the service and atmosphere. The only thing I would have liked is for breakfast to be available on the property. That aside, I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Amenida Residence.

major problems with the tv, only 2 working channels, asked for it be replaced or fixed, tv was not fixed, also main lite over bathtub, was flashing, asked both to be replaced or fixed, nothing was done, checked out early, no discounts given

Before arriving at hotel, there was a lovely message from the hotel welcoming us to their hotel soon. Convenient location on Macleod Trail by many ammenities and shopping. This was a very budget friendly hotel for those looking to keep money in their pockets for a one night stay. Before we arrived the morning of, saw that my credit card was charged prior to arrival and in my expedia booking it stated the option to be reserve now, pay later which ahould be comunicated better by hotel that they would do that. Was able to get an hour early check in which was nice and they accomodated having room on a quiet side of hotel not backing onto a busy street. Upon entering room it showed obvious signs of wear and tear, and immediately noticed the thermostat was flashing and AC not operating. Called front desk to which they promptly sent in their maintenance staff member to check and he quickly accomodated us by getting hooked up a portable window AC. He was great! Overall it was good for the price we paid and suited our needs for the night as we jusy needed a place to sleep after a late night out in the city.

Unsatisfied Experience: When we arrived and checked in, we immediately tried to turn on the air conditioning because it was extremely hot in the room. To our surprise, the aircon wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk using the room phone but received no answer. I called again around 8 to 10 times, even using my personal phone, but still no response. I ended up walking all the way to the front desk, even though our room was located at the far end. I reported the issue, and they sent a maintenance person who said it would take about an hour to fix the aircon. We waited patiently, but after two hours, nothing had changed. I tried calling the front desk again multiple times—still no answer. Once again, I had to walk all the way there. By this time, it was already past 9 PM, and we were exhausted. The only solution they offered was to bring a fan. But in such a warm room, a fan just blows hot air around. As a result, my boyfriend and I barely slept and were extremely uncomfortable the entire night. We booked this room specifically to rest and relax, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had. This is not the standard of service or comfort we expected.
