This place is a maze. Unload luggage etc onto a trolly and check-in. The lobby sort of sits between the 1st and 2nd floor. Hard to explain. Head down a long hallway and have to unload trolly, carry everything down a flight of stair to another trolly. Then must proceed down another very long hallway, turn right to another hallway to use the elevators and now proceed to the 2nd floor! Like a 10 min from lobby to the room. If you use the side entrance to take pet out, it had to be by 10 pm or after 8am. So would have to take this 10 min maze walk if he needed to go outside. For 2 adults, only one kurig coffee each was left for morning coffee, only one hand towel and face cloth. Called for more. Only 1 plug in surrounding the bed and it was used by the lamp. Was able to plug in Cpap machine thank goodness but that was ONLY accessable plug in. Only other one was being used by the TV, Microwave and fridge. No room service the next day so had to call for coffee and cups and garbage change as there is just one very small garbage in the bathroom that didn't take long to fill. If you use the side entrances, you face the other side of parking lot where homeless gather till late in the evening. Just not happy with our stay here.

We were in room 302. We had to use the stairs to hand carry all our luggages to room. Not recommended for people with disabilities or people with lots of bags. It was really difficult for us to carry staffs for four of us.

AC unit was broke. Portable AC unit hose was duck taped but wouldn’t stay on. No plug for the bath tub, bed sheets were ripped. Window had to stay open for the AC unit and it was really loud. My kids loved the pool though.

parking and mostly no camara surveillance, No A/C in the room, the put moveable cooler in the door, so that way door not closed properly , so train and out side Noise, not good sleep. this room specifically for expedia booking, and they don't give the invoice receipt.

The staff was nice, the location was terrible, and the location of the rooms, being so close to the parking lot , even when your room was 2nd floor was not ideal. The room we initially had, had a potable air conditioning and the windows were not secured being on the bottom floor. I would not recommend this hotel other than the staff being nice. I wanted to leave and go somewhere else Please ensure you ask for a top floor in the front of the building with a fridge.

Heat, toilet and tub were unusable. Homeless people all around and camped in the back parking lot where people who smoke are supposed to go. Scary for them. Staff and management were very friendly and fixed it by issuing a $25 Amazon card which is what I paid for my six pound dog.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, it was very outdated and we had a portable air conditioner in our room. Overall it was a bit sketchy if an area , it appeared to have some homeless people around which didn't make me feel too safe. I also wasn't impressed that I had to pay 50.00 to check in early , and being from our if town we were unfamiliar with the area. The room was clean though and it was a quiet hotel.

The window was cracked from one side to the other, bath tub was needing maintenance it looked gross. Tv was cocked onto the dresser and not even in the cocking. You can hear the neighbours like they are in your room. I feel it is not worth amount paid. Plus the neighbourhood is sketchy with homeless looking at vehicles.

The property is a bit outdated, a carpet clean would do wonders!!!. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, we were happy to have a bathtub also. Fridge and microwave were a bonus. TV worked great. Location worked good for us, half way between the airport and a venue we were going to. Mcdonalds, tims and A&W down the street. No complaints!! Great price.

At night , it was noisy. There was a sound of a door slamming which kept waking us up several times . There is no central conditioning which we didn’t need , but the hotel installed the portable AC which kept some of the window open . That made it also noisy hearing the outside cars and permitting the lights from the outside . The coffee machine doesn’t work and it just makes a pop sound without having any coffee .

Suspect location. We had homeless outside by the garbage. Toilet ran and was wasting water no coffee maker in room when I did get one no coffee. No proper cups. had I towel I face cloth and hand towel. The lights did not work were shorting out. Human poop outside on lawn and computer down for check out. I said I was arriving with my dog which was not advised. We thought our car would get broken into but dude. No cafe on premises. Dump this property. Horrible location.

No frills hotel, centrally located with ample parking. Temporary air conditioning unit was in the room, but it functioned adequately. Friendly front desk staff, and ample parking. Note that due to the location of a drop in centre near by, there are large numbers of homeless milling about in the parking lot area, so best not to leave valuables in your vehicle (always advisable in any case). Competitively priced accommodation in comparison to other hotels in the area.

the hotel was clean and well run, the elevator location from the lobby was NOT convenient, you had to go down a flight of stairs to get to it. Not ideal for those with mobility issues. Could hear the people next door too much, not very soundproof.
