I stay here for 3 or 4 nights every month when i am in Calgary. Its close to our company office. The place is quiet. The beds are super comfortable. The check in/ Check out is very easy. The front desk staff have excellent customer skills.

We didn't get to stay because our card wasn't accepted and we didn't get our money backi think if you take a payment online for a room onlineyou should have to take the same the same card for a deposit. Or dont take the money!! Not happy won't be returning

It's a cheap place to stay, not great and not terrible. For the price it is fine. My room was comfortable and warm. Shower was hot. Bathtub needed to be a lot cleaner though. The one elevator barely works which is annoying if you have a lot of bags. Could definitely hear people in other rooms. Lots of parking was a plus.

I enjoyed the apartment-like qualities of this “residence and hotel.” The price for my stay of 4 nights was rather inexpensive, the room was comfortable, staff were friendly and attentive, the location was very convenient. If you use the laundry room (thanks to Amenida) the wash takes at least 30-35 minutes, the dryer is similar (no times were posted and staff didn’t know). Staff was excellent room was a little dirty had to ask for towels window would not open very hot in room no heat control no ice machines but front desk would get some for me nothing to serious but a bunch of little things. The TV was not working properly also.

Hotel is quite basic. Needs updating. Walls were paper thin and we could hear all the goings on in the next room as if they were in our room. And of course noisy people partying all through the night. Went to the front desk to ask to change rooms and told no. Not becuase they were full, just they dont do that.
