I will begin by saying that the beds are old, but fine, and we slept well. This property needs a lot of help. The rooms are very dated. I have no idea what the brown spots were on the ceiling, there seemed to be cracks in the ceiling and walls, and my dog ate something off the floor that we did not bring in. Although the guy at the front desk was helpful, if you have any luggage to bring in, be prepared that you will need to carry it up or down at least one flight of stairs before you get to an elevator. The property has a huge parking lot so parking in itself is not an issue. The side door although stated to be able to open until 11 with the key, did not open at 10:30 already. They did not clear any ice built up over time by the side of the hotel so it was clearly a hazzard as I slipped many times. For the condition of this property it is ridiculous to charge 25$/dog plus tax. We have stayed in great hotels where the dog is either free or between 10-20$ and poop bags and dog treats provided. We will not stay here again.
