It is a good place

Room doesn’t have dark curtains

Clean,tidy,close to train station.

Difficult to get to room. Down stairs then a hallway then an elevator. Front desk person was rude and made it seem like I was bothering her by checking in. Ended up immediately checking out and not spending the night.

Staff were excellent

The area is convenient to us.

Rooms could use some updating but it was clean, beds were comfy and staff was friendly and accommodating to needs.

Told no side door entry. No luggage cart.

It was a place to stay. rooms where really dated ,water smelled funny crack heads and homeless people hang around to side exit . Someone took a poo beside my car ( the size of a Pringle can ) gross

Cause it's next to the tram, the noise is louder than I expected.

Room was dirty when I got there,bed had not been made,carpets were dirty,found a dirty towel,room smelling bad,woman who checked me in wasn't very nice!

Staff is nice. Rooms are decent.ly nice as well. Close to Downtown and to Chinook mall

Excellent price. Close to restaurants, clean and nice pool.

Very cheap rooms but you get what you pay for.. VERY hot and no AC or any way to cool the rooms down. The front desk girl was very rushed when we were checking in and then disappeared as soon as she was done. The layout was confusing and we struggled to figure out where our room was, and couldn’t ask because she was nowhere to be seen after checking us in. There is a train track right next to the hotel. We weren’t bothered by it however we only stayed one night so unsure if this is a problem or not, just good to note.

Management was really bad, unsafe manager . Hotel has no access to floors just stairs. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. My advice, never stay here.

Good price. Clean and comfortable space. Only downfall was we were on the fourth floor and we had to take one short flight of stairs up to either get there or one flight down to get to the elevator! I have mobility issues. We also did not alert staff of my issues - if we did they may have had another room or another solution!

Clean, a, affordable and comfortable. May have been a smoking room, at one time but generally clean now!

The price was fair. Rooms and overall hotel rundown a little, but it’s reflected in the price. Restaurant closed, as were the vending machines and ice maker. We were looking for an inexpensive one night layover, and that’s what we got. So, can’t complain. Don’t be looking for a diamond in the ruff or hidden gem - this is not that. Owners have not spent money on this place in a long long time.
