Great location, large room. El Cuyo is a wonderful town!

The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the rate and the location were just simply mind blowing. Amazing experience and I will try to come often.

Great hotel for rest but it should have TV in the rooms.

best property on the island ideal location great food well priced friendly service minimal amenities, however. bring your own qtips, cotton balls, blow dryer, etc.

Newer boutique hotel. Very clean. Very kind and accommodating staff. A few steps from the beautiful, mostly empty beach. They have starlink WiFi service which is a plus. Restaurant is delicious.

Les chambres sont une sur l’autre. Il faut passer par la balcon de tout le monde pour accéder à sa chambre. Mais c’est propre et l’hôtel est sur la plage avec de l’ombre et des chaises. Ce qui est quasi inexistant dans le coin

El Cuyo is very quiet. A place to go and relax, not for parties or instagramers. The hotel was great, excellent staff. Nice pool and directly on the beach. All you hear are waves and birds

This hotel was perfect in a way; there are a few notes ill make that i hope the ownerS can take into considerationThe reception had african masks and i thought maybe the owner is french. The arrival was a bit disastrous. No receptionist, no bell, no one in site. I waited roughly 20 minutes rather than being in the water before sunset which was my aim. When they guy arrived he didn't apologize and the worst part is that he took a girl that arrived after me and she was already checked in and had tons of questions for her ride to Cancun the next day.. which i felt was inappropriate considering i arrived first and i had not checked in. As the check in continued, the receptionist said he liked my eyes (ok fine) and then asked my age (so strange). Then he walked me to my room that was tight (not a lot of space to walk around) and he stayed there for over ten minutes (not exaggerating !!!) showing me the fan and the bathroom and telling me no one could see in the window in the bathroom and touching my shirt to show me i can hang my clothes... i mean come on.. who doesnt know what a hanger is. He finally left me alone but it was a little uncomfortable. I don't think he meant anything bad but it wasn't professional. Now for access to the rooms, there is a large step. If you have a leg or knee problem, it's a steep step. I am not sure why they didn't just add a smaller step like they did to get to breakfast. So relaxing place! Everything about this place is a 100%! I hope El Cuyo will stay like this forever and not turn into what Holbox is today. The hotel is right at the beach, nice sunbeds. Breakfast is everything you need for a good start. Sunrise is stunning, we walked the beach almost every morning.

We really enjoyed the property would recommend and return ourselves.

Great hotel in El Cuyo, with direct access to the beach. If you are looking for quiet time in a privileged location, this is it. (They also have a restaurant; food was really good)

Hotel is really pretty and staff is extremely nice and helpful. our bed was comfortable and breakfast and coffee were great! Our room smelled a little like sewer but we understand that the hotel is the middle of nowhere and it can happen. They provide air freshner and it workout great. We had to change our reservation and although it is impossible to reach them by phone they are very responsive to emails. Highly recommend!!!

The location got us there… beachfront in a small town away from the crowds. The staff and comfortable room and common space made it a home away from home. Thanks for a lovely getaway!

The place was a bit hard to find in the dark, but place lovely, rooms were clean, (bed was a bit hard for my taste), food, drinks and dining room were Great. The view was awesome.
