The food has improved a lot since the first time I went there, the second time it really improved, the food by Colony is also delicious, I loved it

The hotel staff was very friendly, and I highly recommend bringing my kids and family here. God willing, I'll stay here again. The swimming pool for babies and toddlers is nice and not too hot. The kids loved it, thank God.

The check-in time was a bit long, all the staff were friendly, there was a children's and adult swimming pool, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious and the staff were also very helpful when we needed something, the location was close to PIM mall and there were lots of snacks around.

The check-in process was incredibly slow, with queues and a very long wait. Last weekend, I got a room for 819,000 Rupiah. The room was small, very small, not what I expected. The toilet and bathroom were separate. If they were combined, the room would be much bigger. The food was delicious, and I loved it.

The room was a bit cramped, and check-in wasn't until after 2 p.m. and check-out was promptly at 12 p.m., but they offered biscuits and teh tarik (pulled tea) as compensation. The staff was very friendly.

- The service is friendly and polite. - When checking in, you get 4 biscuits and 4 bottles of Thai tea - No deposit - The room is clean, cool, without mosquitoes and not too noisy even though it is on the roadside. - The food is all delicious. - The parking lot is small but not a problem, because the hotel is alert to park our vehicles safely. - Many people sell food on the roadside - The check-in and check-out process is fast. #only, the pool is not big enough, only enough for children & parents who accompany their babies to swim.

Very impressive and satisfying, the service starts from the receptionist, cleaning service, security guards, especially the security guards are very friendly and nice😍. Starting from the initial check-in to check-out, everything is satisfactory, just a little suggestion for the parking lot to be expanded 😍. Like it very much 🫶🏻

I've stayed at this hotel about 3-4 times. The staff's friendliness and the delicious food are consistent on every visit. The welcome drink and cookies at check-in are also iconic features of the hotel. Perhaps a suggestion for repeat guests could be to offer additional benefits like early check-in or something else. 😄
