From the moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff, given a welcome drink upon check-in. Initially, the room's AC wasn't cold, but I called and they immediately fixed it. It's really confusing for those who gave it a 1 star. In my opinion, this is a 5 star plus. It's a 3 star hotel but the service is not inferior to a 5 star hotel. I will come back here again.

This is a very Gen Z hotel... Happy to be able to stay here. The welcome drink is delicious, there are cookies too. The staff, including the security, are very friendly, smiling every time we pass by, making us enthusiastic and happy in this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The room is also clean, the toilet and bathroom are separate. The only minus is that you can't leave your belongings 🥲 so after checking out I was confused about where to take them while waiting for the travel 😅 But still happy 😍

I stayed here with my kids for one night. We booked a deluxe twin bedroom. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we immediately checked out the swimming pool on the 6th floor. It was spacious and clean. My kids had a great time swimming here.

The comfort was okay, with a welcome drink and snacks. The service was fast and friendly. However, the room was a bit cramped, and the sink was outside, so if you washed your hands, brushed your teeth, etc., the water would flow onto the floor. The bathroom was partitioned off, making it a bit cramped, making it difficult to get towels and other toiletries. There was also no cup to put your toothbrush in.

Please fix the parking, there isn't any. We're told to park across from the hotel. If you're building a hotel, you should have a parking lot ready first. The rooms are cramped, the toilet and shower are cramped, the rooms aren't soundproof, and there's a lot of noise from outside. The pool is okay for kids, but they don't provide towels for swimming. The food is pretty good, but there's not much variety.

The location is close to the city center, and the rooms are very minimalist. I got a room with a leaking shower pipe, but luckily it was still usable. The staff and security were friendly, but parking was a bit tricky because the parking area is far from the hotel.
