There is only a small stand-alone LG air conditioner, no heating which caused a cold during the stay (the temp went to below 10 degree C. Also, in and out of the hotel is not convenient, The staff members are ok, but their English is not good.

Everything is about 7 minutes walking from hotel very clean hotel room I got a balcony facing outside loved it the hotel is located on top of a shopping plaza on the 2nd floor everything is new in the hotel very modern

Great. Really close to restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes to most things. Newly remodeled. Staff is great and helpful. Safe. Hidden gem for sure.

Super close by foot to most places. Plus they leave water bottles in your room, which is nice.

Nice place to stay. Near the Zócalo and other places so it is a good area, especially when grabbing an Uber. Outside the area is not that great but, don’t be discouraged we felt safe with a young child. Lots of street vendors in the China town area, not sure what it’s called. The hotel itself is simple, exactly what we needed. Spacious rooms and great shower. Just took a while for the water to heat up. The strange window in the shower was sketchy but realized it’s for ventilation. The worse for me was the bed unfortunately, am a side sleeper and it was too firm. By day 2 my shoulders were shot and it was not a comfortable sleep. Aside from this, I still recommend the hotel. It was quiet, clean and updated.

Por tercera o cuarta vez, notifico el problema que tuve en el cuarto durante mi estancia, la primer noche, todo bien, la segunda noche me di cuenta que faltaba un Costalito de joyería, joyería fina, en el cual estaba un regalo de mi hija y unos aretes de mi preferencia como les dije anteriormente no eran de oro, pero la joyería fina cara, pedí hablar con la manager del Hotel, creo que su nombre es Giselle, porque un empleado me lo dijo jamás atendió mis llamadas nunca en se me había perdido algo de mi cuarto en otros hoteles, en el cual me he hospedado, es muy lamentable hospedarse en un lugar donde no van a estar seguras tus cosas, estuve esperando más de una semana para que me contactaran y nadie me contactó! Enjoyed my stay.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. There was construction going on, but since I was mostly outside it didn’t really bother me. I always had the room made for me everyday and my room was always clean and refilled with new towels and toilet paper. The neighborhood was mostly locals but touristy spots were not far by car or evening walking distance!

Room was clean just not the best of location for us.

Location was amazing, room very comfortable and the bed almost too comfortable. The only reason I did not rate it a five was because I did not realize we did not have a room that looked outside, but down into a quiet mall area.
