Great hotel! The location is very convenient and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Location was amazing, room very comfortable and the bed almost too comfortable. The only reason I did not rate it a five was because I did not realize we did not have a room that looked outside, but down into a quiet mall area.

They have 24-hour reception service, which was super helpful as our flight got delayed, and we eventually arrived at the hotel at 3 am. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only not-that-great thing is that it's located opposite to a bar, which can be quite noisy at night if your room is facing that side.

The television didn't have an antenna, it only worked through apps, they only have air conditioning, no heating, it's a very noisy place at night, people would arrive shouting and no one would say anything to them, the wifi password is incorrect, that's why my rating.

I booked a room for only 1 day and the price in the app was ok, but when I arrived at the hotel, the amount charged was different and I asked them why they were charging more than it was listed, they said I probably book this somewhere else and they didn’t want to charge me what it was listed in this app. So I had to pay the additional amount just to stay a night here, next day I was flying back to the US. The place it’s nice, it’s located in a good area. Unfortunately I gave them 3 stars this time because they charged me more when I booked this in advanced.

Clean, perfectly located, and exactly what we needed to be rested.

The room was spotless, the hotel employees were friendly and cordlessly. They offer an early check in for a fee, or to keep your luggage free of charge before checking time. it was close to restaurants, museums, different amenities and downtown. We were enjoy our stay there.

The deluxe room was very spacious, clean, and relatively quiet. The furnished balcony was a great bonus - perfect for al fresco refreshment or hanging laundry to dry.

The room was a good size, clean, and modern. Almost perfect stay but it was very loud at night time the hotel is in shape of a foyer so noise from when guest who are playing music/talking with windows open was echoed through the whole building.
