A great stay! The hotel is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

input for hotel wifi is not good on the 6th floor toilet has no water hose...for muslims it is difficult to perform ablution and difficult to clean the bathroom floor. a little uncomfortable

The hotel 👍 If you want to find something to eat, there is a buffet next to the hotel with lots of choices, especially at night... there are lots of people selling food 😊 The staff is also friendly 😊

This is my second time staying at the Serra Hotel. The hotel is quite clean and very close to Nagoya for shopping. Finding food is also very easy, as there's a buffet restaurant right next door with a very complete menu. It's simply the best 👍👌

The location is close to everything and is busy, so we spent most of our time walking. We arrived in Batam at 7 a.m., and thankfully, the hotel agreed to allow us to check in early at 10 a.m.

The hotel is all good 🙏, clean, quiet atmosphere 🙏. Before Serra, this hotel was my regular Night and Day Hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and the AC was cold. Check-in was quick. I'll definitely be back again.

Just so-so, the room is not too clean and not too dirty, there is a little dust on the table, the bathroom has a little smell, once the room was not cleaned for a day so I mopped it myself with a cloth, then the next day it was cleaned, when I first entered the floor was not cleaned because the floor felt sticky on my feet, the first day I slept my body was a little itchy, the next day it didn't happen again, requests were completed, the service is so-so, not too good but not bad, in the morning the guests next door were noisy, talking and laughing loudly, actually there are no big problems with this hotel, only the cleanliness should be improved and the employees should be friendlier.
