The location is close to everything and is busy, so we spent most of our time walking. We arrived in Batam at 7 a.m., and thankfully, the hotel agreed to allow us to check in early at 10 a.m.

Just so-so, the room is not too clean and not too dirty, there is a little dust on the table, the bathroom has a little smell, once the room was not cleaned for a day so I mopped it myself with a cloth, then the next day it was cleaned, when I first entered the floor was not cleaned because the floor felt sticky on my feet, the first day I slept my body was a little itchy, the next day it didn't happen again, requests were completed, the service is so-so, not too good but not bad, in the morning the guests next door were noisy, talking and laughing loudly, actually there are no big problems with this hotel, only the cleanliness should be improved and the employees should be friendlier.

Close to Pelni Port and Harbour Bay. . Get off the ship and take a motorbike taxi for 10,000 IDR to the hotel. Suitable for transit to Singapore.
