Sorry, because the app is having an error, so I can't upload pictures. This is our second time staying here and masyaa Allah, it's still number one in terms of comfort, security, cleanliness and everything, the staff is also friendly as always. The second thing is plus breakfast, and you guessed it? The food is all delicious, really worth it. Actually, I want to add more because the selazis is on the tongue, especially the sumsum porridge, it's the best. What's amazing is, we can eat various foods that are cheaper than buying them outside, seriously! You have to try it, you won't regret it. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff. Next time we will go there often, God willing, we will bring the kids🙏🏻

The location is close to Ampel. Close to food and minimarkets, just a short walk. Cleanliness is okay, but when you enter the bathroom, it smells of sewerage. The AC isn't cold enough even though the temperature is already 17, making it hot and uncomfortable to sleep. When I first arrived, I got the room I ordered, but at 9 am I was told I had to move rooms because of repairs in the previous room. When I moved in, they helped me move all my belongings. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Highly recommend staying here, the place is comfortable and everything is safe, the hotel staff are all friendly, willing to explain if there is something you don't understand. Thank you Traveloka, next time I will come here again with my family🥰. Honestly, it was so comfortable that I really miss it and want to go back🥰.

A hotel near Sunan Ampel's tomb. A perfect place for a staycation and a pilgrimage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Surabaya again. 👍🥰

I really enjoyed my 5 days and 4 nights stay. The place was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very kind. They responded quickly to any request we made. The location is strategic, and there are lots of delicious Arabic dishes available. Overall, it's really good. Keep it up, FRONT ONE HOTEL EGYPT 😀
